He's Reading!

Let me brag for just a minute. My baby boy is reading! I know he's not the first kid to read but he's MINE and it's pretty amazing to watch your child make that connection. It's like a switch just flipped in his brain. Two weeks ago he was barely sounding out 'cat', and now he is bringing home books and reading them to me. He is so proud of himself, and I am very proud of him- and super thankful for his amazing teachers, Ms. Aimee and Ms. Kathy. He is learning so much from them. Not just how to read and add and color, but Scripture memory, self-control, kindness and integrity. What wonderful women God has put in his life and what a wonderful school is FUMC!
