Mother's Day Tea

Sam's preschool class hosted a Mother's Day Tea Party for us this year. It was so incredibly sweet and precious, and the kids were so excited. We sat at little tables they had set with tea pots, flowers and gifts they made us- paper corsages, a tea bag pouch and an apron. The menu was Monkey Bread (that they made themselves from a 'precipe'), jelly beans, strawberries and sweet tea. Their teachers helped them fill out an 'About Mommy' questionnaire that was HYSTERICAL. We ate our food, drank our tea and the class sang us two Mother's Day songs. Then Mrs. Becky made us all cry when she read I Love You Forever.

Sam gave me lots of hugs and told me several times that he loved me. What a treat and a sweet memory. Thank you Mrs. Becky and Mrs. Leigh for doing this for us! It was such a blessing! And Thank You God for giving Sam such loving and thoughtful teachers.

I will save this forever

My apron that I love and wear all the time!

Throwing a party is exhausting! Ugh, sweet baby boy growing up too fast.
