Beach Birthday Party

Clay didn't join us at the beach until the second week and we were SO HAPPY to see him. All of us.

We were finally able to celebrate Sam's birthday all together. We made Silly Face Pizzas, opened presents...

and ate cake!

He opened all his presents and was so excited to get the Thomas at Action Canyon Train Set from Nana and Papa. He had been talking about if for months! He told me he wasn't surprised to get it, though, because, 'I wanted it so I got it.' 

I wish getting what we want as grown-ups was as simple as it is for a 4-year-old.

Bobo got a basketball goal. 

And Ellie got a new box to play with!
